Warranty Period:
The warranty period varies depending on the product category and is specified for each item at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product page or the warranty information provided with your order for complete details.
Products Covered:
The warranty applies to mattresses, pillows, mattress toppers, hotel bedding, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, and other sleep products supplied by Restia Trading against manufacturing defects that appear during the warranty period under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the product care instructions.
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, moisture, fire, or other external factors.
Minor variations in softness, firmness, color, or fabric that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances.

The original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented when submitting a warranty claim.

After inspection and verification of the manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired, replaced, or otherwise handled in accordance with the warranty policy.

Shipping & Inspection:
Depending on the nature of the warranty claim and the product, shipping costs may apply. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, Restia Trading will handle the claim according to its warranty policy.
Warranty Validity:
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Restia Trading or its authorized sales channels. The warranty is non-transferable.
